Great start for QA Serbia – QAITive workshops!

Last weekend, February 3rd and 4th – workshops “Java for beginners” and “Introduction to testing” were organized by QATive educational initiative with the support of the QA Serbia community.

The workshop “Java for beginners” was held on Saturday, February 3rd, at ICT Hub in Kralja Milana 10, as one of the first in a series of workshops within the QAITive project whose goal was to support everyone who is a beginner and would like to enter the world of programming.

The workshop “Introduction to Testing” was held on Sunday, February 4th, at the Startit Center in Savska 5, as one of the first in a series of workshops within the project whose goal was to support everyone who is a beginner and would like to enter the world of testing.

Lecturers and their assistants worked with participants on an initial analysis of their thinking, as well as the fundamentals and needs for their further professional development and orientation. All workshop participants had the opportunity to go through a practical task at the end of the introductory part of the presentation and develop an individual plan for testing Gmail login form, where they could practice the previously presented theory.

The impressions of the lecturers and workshop participants were more than positive, the interest was large. Anyone not invited this time will have a new opportunity to secure their place at this workshop soon. On the slack group QA Serbia you can read some of the participant’s impressions.

We hope you enjoyed the workshop and heard a lot of new and useful things that will help you, and which you will be able to use in further learning and professional development.

Thank you for your interest and participation!

Greetings until the next workshop!
